In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Aramex AU. We will re-send your order after eParcel of Aramex AU has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
