  3. Normally, the eParcel of Aramex AU takes 4 to 15 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Aramex AU. We will re-send your order after eParcel of Aramex AU has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.

We send the tracking code and tracking link to the email address left by the order system when you purchased.

Normally, the eParcel of Aramex AU takes 4 to 15 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination.

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] for a replacement item or a refund to be issued. Also send photos of damaged items and packaging they arrived in.
